We have an in-person, full-time position available on the admin team here at Florida Lifestyle Realty. The team is currently made up of 6 other full-time employees and 2 part-time employees. This is a rare opportunity. We’re looking for someone who is very organized but also flexible, kind while also upholding firm standards, quick while still being precise, focused, and flexible. You will have sole responsibilities and requirements that allow those around you to complete their job; this really is a team effort. Compensation:

$35,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Enter sales activity into the client database and track business reports to present progress toward company goals
  • Post new listings to social media and in MLS to sell homes quickly and give customers an excellent experience
  • Follow up with sellers to complete listing agreements, disclosures, and any other required paperwork needed to send to the office broker for file compliance
  • Manage seller transactions entirely, from initial contact for the listing to executed contract, so agents are free to help more customers

  • Reviews contracts and follows compliance procedures and guidelines
  • Maintains status calendar of important contract deadlines
  • Coordinates the photos, lockbox assignment, and sign installation between seller and agent
  • Communicates with clients throughout the selling process, answers questions, and educates as necessary
  • Conducts daily/weekly written and verbal communication with all parties involved in a listing
  • Manages systems for better efficiency within the role
  • Uses internal communication systems to keep agents informed at all times
  • Maintains database and updates client files on any changes
Qualifications:
  • Must have a high school diploma or GED, some college experience is a bonus
  • Thrives on providing excellent customer service
  • Capable of communicating effectively in both writing and in person

  • Has basic computer skills, operates well in Google Suite (Gmail, Calendars, Sheets, Docs, etc.), and has comfort learning new software
  • Has valid drivers license and reliable transportation
